For most apps, yes. Both load your live web app in an Electron shell, so migrating means pointing Deskifier at the same URL, configuring your window and icon, and shipping new installers. Your web app itself needs no changes; SDK calls, if you use them, map to Deskifier’s equivalents.
Installed apps from another platform can’t be updated in place, since updates are tied to the original signing identity. The usual path is announcing a new version and pointing users at your new installer; from then on Deskifier’s auto-updater keeps everyone current.
The big surface is equivalent: windows, tray, notifications, global shortcuts, filesystem, deep links, printing and more, through a typed SDK. Deskifier additionally exposes much of it as no-code configuration, so you often don’t need the SDK at all.
